About me
My name is Harry Hadley and I am 14 years old. I live in in a small village on the outskirts of Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire. I live with my Mum, Dad and Sister. I have an great passion for go karting and motorsport, I also love mountain biking and football!
How it all started !
I have been Karting since 2020 at indoor rental kart tracks and outdoor hire tracks, until I got my Go Kart which is a Tony Kart Chassis and Junior Rotax Engine in 2022. Since the end of 2023 I have attended numerous testing days and race weekends which has helped me develop my skills as a Karter and I have massively improved my racing and confidence on the track ready to go into the 2024 season.
Privateer
I am a privateer. This means we build and maintain my kart, we have no connection with a manufacture or team but I have my family, friends and support of other privateer's in the paddock. This means my dad is my mechanic which is amazing! My mum and sister help me get everything ready for the race weekend, they are my biggest fans!
A little More About me..
I was studying at Beverley Grammar School however i have been successful with my application and offered a place at Ron Dearing University Technical College(RDUTC) in Year 10 which i have accepted. Hopefully this move of school will help me accelerate and advance my skills within engineering design and hopefully become a driver or be an engineer within the motorsport industry in the future.
Other than karting, I love playing badminton for the Beverley Badminton Club, football for my Village Team in Tickton. I also enjoy gaming and socialising with friends outside of school on a weekend.
